Defective slipper

Just want to speak to a representative about the slipper I have that one slipper only is sort of defective. Do you want to know that and replace it or should I just go ahead and replace my slippers and forget about it Its been at least a month I have no order number. I dont remember exactly when I purchased them there for my husband hes in congestive heart failure and Oxygen and sits a lot all day and lives in the slippers so I have to get him a new pair because hes walking out of the one slipper and its dangerous.

There was never any problem with Bombas. I dont know why your website joined my message to the company. I was just looking for a phone number to call because I had a question about a product. I love Bombas and all of my experiences with them have been totally positive.

I purchased a dozen of your socks my first time purchase with you. I went to the store first to check the quality. The socks that were mailed to me were nothing like the ones in the store for over $100. I paid for socks that are lower than less quality. Please send me amailing label to return these. And do you have more than one type or quality of socks? I should not have to go through this for the price I paid the service is less than adequate.

2 packages of socks. Fit great in foot. Too tight in ankle/calf area. Customer service sent the extra large pair. Still too tight in calf area Help. Do you have socks for men with large calf. How do I return the 2 packages of socks?

I placed my order, 4 different Bombas. I received message that they had been delivered to my mailbox. They were not there. I waited a couple days before calling Bomba customer service. They responded quickly and assured me if I didnt get them within 2 business days, they would resend what I ordered. They did !!!

Missing 4 pairs of bombas

Our bombas did not get delivered as told. I called customer service,they assured us they would arrive or they would ship out another order. They arrived on our families last day of their vacation to our house. They live in Illinois and we live in Florida. We are very happy. Thank you. We LOVE our BOMBAS !!!

I would rate them a 0 but it's not available. Why have a website? If you cannot help your customers? I added my credit card. However, when I went to pay, it didn't take it. And customer service said it was my fault! There's no way to contact them on the phone and there's no way to catch up with them on email! Now they're not even accepting credit cards. They remove this from their website!
